2. Service Engagement

All projects, services, timelines, pricing, and deliverables will be agreed upon before work begins. Project requirements must be provided by the client in a timely manner to avoid delays.

WebNexovate reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or organization for any lawful reason.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project information.

• Supply necessary content, credentials, and materials.

• Review submitted work promptly.

• Make payments according to agreed terms.

Delays caused by missing content, approvals, or client communication may impact project timelines.

4. Payments & Billing

All fees are communicated and approved before project commencement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Deposits secure project scheduling and resource allocation.

• Final deliverables may be withheld until outstanding balances are paid in full.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables will transfer to the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

WebNexovate retains the right to display completed projects in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed.

6. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party platforms, software, plugins, hosting providers, payment gateways, or APIs.

WebNexovate is not responsible for:

• Third-party outages

• Platform policy changes

• Software discontinuation

• Security vulnerabilities originating from third-party providers

7. Website Maintenance & Support

Unless covered by a separate maintenance agreement, ongoing support, updates, backups, monitoring, and maintenance services are not included after project completion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebNexovate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, traffic levels, revenue growth, or marketing results.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement at any time by written notice.

Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of all completed work and incurred costs up to the termination date.

10. Modifications to These Terms

WebNexovate reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
